How can you achieve physical fitness… and more from your sporting passion when you have a career, a home life and a social life!

Becoming physically fit for your sport does not require hours in the gym, sweating for hours on the treadmill!

Imagine the level you could attain in your sport if you had unlimited time and resources to train as much as you wished?

The truth is very few people get the opportunity to do their sporting passions as a full time career. The rest of us must accept mediocrity because we still need to earn a living from our “normal” jobs and professions, our physical fitness is normally the limiting factor.

Getting the very best out of our sport is a constant conflict between our professional, family and social commitments.

your weekly golf game is hampered by inflexibility causing poor form

the soccer match is a game of 2 halves, the first is good, the second is about survival due to poor stamina

the annual ski trip has a great first day on the slopes then you ache so much the next 3 days are written off

going mountain biking at the weekend with your friends is great fun, but as long as you are just going down hill

Pro sports men and women have access to the very best trainers, coaches, nutritionists, performance psychologists, medical and support staff. Training programs are tailored to the individual with the express aim of optimum performance.

So often, the rest of us must make do with the magazines and websites we read to get the latest routine, which seems to swap around depending on the latest fad exercise protocol or expensive fitness equipment that will just gather dust in your garage

As a busy professional is your time and resources limited?

During the week do you travel, or spend 8, 9, 10+ hours a day sat in your office chair?

Is your energy drained so much that even the thought of workouts makes you want to sleep!

Does your training for your sport involve only the game on the weekend and the occasional jog during the week?

Do you get sports injuries all too frequently, but don’t know why?

Do you feel your reduced level of strength and fitness holds back you full potential on the playing field?

All these problems afflict a certain type of individual I term the “Corporate Athlete”…

Who is the corporate athlete?

The corporate athlete is the unsung hero of grass roots sport, local competition and in some cases the semi-elite sports person.

During the week you are a hard-working, career minded professional, but at the weekend you battle away from the office or board room, your opponents are out on the golf course, in the sports hall, on the playing filed or on the mountain slopes.

Your sport is as much a passion as your career, except your sport doesn’t pay the bills!

How do I know so much about being a corporate athlete?

I used to be one!

If truth be told I am still one to some degree…

When my clients meet me for the first time, a common question they ask relates to my background. They are normally taken a back by my response!

I used to be an IT professional working in the financial sector.

Yep that’s right I was an IT geek!

Then one day I decided my true calling was as a fitness professional, and now I train clients who are in the same position I was in as a busy professional.

Very little time to train or focus on my sport to the level that I knew I needed to achieve reach the highest level that I craved

Short of motivation to train

Lacking knowledge in how to get the best sporting performance out of my body

And regularly getting injured, with little or no explanation of how or why!

My sporting passion is not what you would call dynamic and interesting, but it is still a legitimate sport that does require, mental as well as physical fitness to excel at!

I get to travel all over the world each year to many international standard tournaments in pursuit of competitive glory.

My passion is Archery…

you know bows and arrows, cloth caps, green tights, robin hood and all that…

well actually no…

…the sport is now a high tech world of carbon fibre, CNC machined equipment and accuracy that would blow your mind! And we don’t wear the green tights either!

Archery still requires a dedication to training as much as any other sport, if you take a look at say Tiger Woods in Golf you’ll get an idea that conditioning is as much a part of your training as swinging the golf clubs. Archery is not so different!

Whilst I would love to say that the experiences of international sport are exciting and rewarding, there has always been a level of frustration that I see in many of my clients too.

Not being able to train more frequently and preparation for a major championships is hampered because of commitments to working in a corporate environment during the week.

Enough about me, how is this applicable to you?

The Corporate Athlete’s Conditioning Handbook has been developed because of people like you and I. Most of my one-to-one training clients are “corporate athletes”, each with their own sporting passion at varying levels of ability.

Every single one has the desire to be better at what they do.

But they are continually restricted in their efforts because of time and energy constraints, limited access to cutting edge mobility, strength and conditioning information as well as the zero support structure for planning, goal setting and nutritional advice.

Since leaving my IT geek status, I have been studying and developing my training systems with one specific purpose… helping corporate athletes get more from their sporting passion whilst still maintaining a full time career at the same time.

I have discovered that strength and conditioning training for the corporate athlete need not mean hours in the gym every day, pumping iron or long cardio workouts which bore you to tears.

I have also discovered that certain key problems that afflict the office worker mean that some of the most common forms of workouts used in the gym today, do more harm than good to the corporate athlete.

You’ll be shocked to discover that one of the most popular cardio class at the moment will cause your inflexibilities to get much much worse

There are certain exercises that everyone does in the gym has a massive negative impact on your shoulder and hip posture.

97% of us are not doing one critical task that must be done before you ever step in to the gym.

So how can the Corporate Athletes Conditioning Handbook help you?

Well, if you are willing to take action on the program, the handbook will give you the fundamental training routine that will give you the most concrete platform from which to build your sport-specific training on.

This means that the routines will set a foundation so deep and wide that you and your body will be able to work harder and perform to a higher level than you have achieved before.

Can it really make that much of a difference?

Absolutely, even if you are seasoned exerciser, the routines will challenge you in a completely different way than anything you have tried before.

The routines are designed with the corporate athlete in mind, accounting for postural concerns related to the office professional, flexibility issues commonly found on those who spend much of the day in a seated position, and strength and conditioning levels often found with moderately sedentary individuals.

Who has benefited from the systems before?

My client’s sporting passions range from weekend running fanatics to seasonal ski instructors, as well as golfers and even water skiers, all of whom hold down professional careers from Project Consultants, to legal professionals, as well as the odd senior partner and company director.

I have no time to train, when can I fit this in?

Don’t get me wrong here, but every sporting passion requires a degree of personal sacrifice, however, the routines on this program only take a maximum of 45 minutes and the cardio only 25 minutes maximum. If you are willing to make time to fit these workouts in 3 times a week, then you’ll really see the benefits of having a conditioning most of your competitors do not.

Like my one-to-one clients, I leave you no excuses. The routines do not require much in the way of equipment, and much of the program can be completed in a hotel room if necessary.

Now your thinking, will I really stick with this program?

Once again, I don’t give up on my clients to easily! Every day for the 28 days you’ll get a communication from me reminding you what you should be doing on that day, there’ll be tasks to do relating to your exercise programs, planning your weekly schedule and recording your nutrition and progress throughout the 4 weeks. Once again no excuses!

How can I be sure I am doing the exercises right?

Not only will you get the exercise explanations and full color photographs, you’ll also have access to videos demonstrating all the exercises on the program. Have you run out of excuses yet?

Do I have to follow a diet too?

Not in the strictest sense of the word. BUT to get the very best out of the 4 week program I’ll be asking you to adapt your eating habits that compliment your exercise rather than contradict it. You know the old saying “You can’t out train a BAD diet!” . There is no point slipping up on your nutrition when you’ll be getting everything else done right.

If I need to persuade you much more to purchase this handbook then to be honest I don’t think you are the right person for this product, you’ll look for any excuse not to do the training and you will feel disgruntled about buying the program.

Please save yourself the hassle of looking for a refund 3 weeks into the program because of our generous guarantee.

I hope that you are not this kind of person, as the training information you’ll receive is invaluable not only for the next four weeks but as a grounding for moving on well beyond the first 4 weeks.

If you are all about action, and willing to be helped along your journey to better sporting performance, health and fitness in general click through to buy the Corporate Athlete’s Conditioning Handbook right NOW.

Now that you have decided that this product is for you (you wouldn’t have got this far down the page if you were not interested!) how much will it cost you…

If you consider that my one-on-one personal training in Luxembourg is probably one of the most expensive Personal Training services in the country at over 80 Euro (115 US dollars) per hour, you’ll understand that my clients are committed to making big changes to their life, otherwise their investment is simply wasted

For this program, you are essentially on the receiving end of my extensive experience and success I have attained on the gym floor and as such it has been priced accordingly. Yet, I could easily have charged 10 times more for this product or more!

There is no limited time offer to entice you into buying today, doing so is insulting your intelligence. Because the product is purely electronic there is not a limited supply either…

So why should you buy NOW?

Well, you are going to buy today and you’ll start you’re training from tomorrow, and in 4 weeks time you’ll have moved forward with your sports conditioning more than have in the last 4 years!
