Is the Corporate Athlete Handbook suitable for me?

If you are some one who is short of time, motivation or knowledge for getting the best out of your workouts to supplement your sports training then the Corporate Athlete Handbooks are for you.
If you play golf once a week, go on a ski trip a couple of times a year, play a sport at the weekend regardless of the level, then the corporate athlete handbook can help you too.
If you struggle to keep up with your kids, find yourself overweight, lethargic, or physically un-challenged, then the corporate athlete handbook is for you too.
Whilst it is not directly aimed at individuals who want to lose weight, in many cases the program can cause a reduction in body fat.

What is an e-book?

An e-book, or in this case an e-product is a product that is delivered entirely electronically. This means as soon as your payment is confirmed, you’ll be able to get the book immediately, you will not have to wait for the delivery in the mail.
It is made up of a number of pdf documents, online video clips and daily emails to support the program.
At this time we do not offer a physical copy, and because of the constraints of a perfect bound book, we would not be able to offer you the same level of support throughout the program as we have been able to in this very unique e-product!

Will I need any special equipment to do the workouts?

My face-to-face clients are always amazed at the quality of workout that they can get with minimal or zero equipment. For this program the most advanced piece of equipment needs are a stability ball (a big inflatable ball), a set of dumbbells up to 10kg maximum, and an exercise mat. Other than that you’ll be using your body and gravity as the stimulus. I still train on a daily basis with no more than a 5kg medicine ball and my body weight, to create functionally fit and strong body!

Can I lose fat whilst following a Corporate Athlete workout?

As I mentioned above, losing fat IS possible, in fact quite likely, during this program, however it is not its primary aim.

Are the workouts safe for anyone?

Of course each individual is very different, and the nature of the corporate athlete means that he or she is likely to have a high levels of work related stress. I urge every client and customer to visit their doctor before embarking in any form of physical activity. You should do so too!

Do I need to follow a special diet or take supplements?

No. There IS a nutritional element to this program, but this involves nothing more than cleaning up your nutritional habits by eating the right foods and drinking the right fluids to compliment your training.
I do not use supplements and rarely recommend them to anyone. As such this program reflects that policy.

Will I need special software to view all the features of the product?

Nothing really special as such, but you must have a PDF reader, go to www.adobe.com to get their free acrobat reader software.

And you should be prepared to watch some video clips also, but this will be not much different from watching a YouTube video!

Does it matter that I am not in the United States? Will I still be able to buy the product?

This is not a problem, clickbank will bill your credit card in US dollars and your credit card provider will automatically bill you in your normal currency. I am based in Luxembourg in Europe, but utilising a US payment service, is the most practical and easy to use method of selling this product!
